It is a mental state in which we confront our challenges and push our selves to the limits.

reminders to keep yourself in a growth mindset:

-remind my self of what i will gain after solving or overcome my challenge.

-take a walk to think better about the best approch for solving the challenge.

-convince my self that i have to do it soon or later but thesooner the better.
